Step For graphics boards higher than Radeon™ 9500: Do you have a power supply with more than 350 Watt? 3. Step The graphics boards Radeon™ 9500 PRO, 9700 (all models) and 9800 (all models) need to be connected to the systems power supply. 4. step Please check whether all your system components are functioning.

Radeon™ 9800 - You have connected your graphics board using a TV-out cable to a scart connector on your TV and now you just have a black and white picture on your TV-screen? (All-In-Wonder 9800 Pro)

If you have still a black and white picture after unplugging, then please try following settings: click on the desktop --> properties --> settings --> advanced --> displays --> TV --> advanced --> adjust the composite sharpness from standard to maximum.
