SAPPHIRE HD 4650 1GB DDR2 AGP
Focusing more on the card itself we see that it is clearly one of the most powerful AGP cards to date. None the less, the 4650 still manages to plow through the latest games at playable levels. The card also has superior efficency due to the die shrink to 55 nm. All in all the 4650 AGP is a great performing card with excellent efficency which can breath some new life into that old AGP rig. The Sapphire 4650 is a very powerful AGP card that has no issue whipping the older 3650, and will make that old AGP rig last just a little longer.

SAPPHIRE HD 4650 1GB DDR2 AGP
Sapphire's AGP HD4650 1Gb is an interesting card. Striking a balance between power performance, and noise, the card is a great drop-in upgrade for AGP hold outs or home enthusiasts looking to get a last bit of life from an aging platform. If you're running an old single core Althon64, or Pentium 4, you'll likely be CPU bound. The AA options might then be more useful, giving the card some real work to do on older titles.

SAPPHIRE HD 4650 1GB DDR2 AGP
In conclusion I have to say that the 4650 is a good upgrade for and older AGP system. That is if you are running an older AGP setup and feel you need a graphics upgrade. This card is well suited for the Home Theater environment. With the HDMI adapter and Unified Video Decoding for Blue Ray, Accelerated video transcoding, and Enhanced DVD upscaling you can begin to see why I think this card is marketed more toward the media center. The small size and power efficiency will make a quiet yet powerful media tool.

SAPPHIRE HD 4650 1GB DDR2 AGP
As demonstrated in PCWizKid's Video Review, the performance of the Sapphire HD4650 AGP was surprising. As a budget mainstream upgrade for an older AGP system this is a terrific boost of GPU processing power that delivers decent quality graphics in many recent game titles. The fact that it supports DirectX 10.1 and shader model 4.1 will keep PC Gamers happy playing newer game titles bring back to life their older PC. So time to dust off that 5 year old PC and give it a another change to shine. This AGP card from Sapphire makes it a recommended alternative to any integrated and older AGP video cards hands down!

SAPPHIRE HD 4650 1GB DDR2 AGP
The performance of the Sapphire HD 4650 AGP was certainly noteworthy when comparing it with the abilities of the overall systems that feature AGP. Most systems that are old enough to have AGP are not going to be able to keep up with modern games and the performance of the HD 4650 AGP shows that these older systems can have life brought back into their system. The ability of the HD 4650 to play Crysis, World in Conflict, and Brothers in Arms, and have them be playable, is a testament to the performance abilities of this card. It is especially significant that the results of the benchmarking showed that the AGP version of this card can keep up with the newer technology of PCI-E interface for graphics cards. The ability of the Sapphire HD 4650 AGP to breathe life back into my old doorstop of a computer was amazing to behold. This particular computer had found retirement over two years ago and was only still in my closet because I never know what spare parts I may need for a computer I am fixing or rebuilding. Now that I installed this graphics cards, I was able to see Crysis, World in Conflict, and actually watch an HD video on this system. It was an amazing thing to behold and it’s nice to see that my doorstop could prove that any older system that someone may have because of a lack of money or whatever other reason can still upgrade their graphics and be able to participate in playing more modern videos and games without having to wait until a new system can be acquired.
