The SAPPHIRE EDGE+ VPR-7X100-SYS ❘ RAVE2-MAX combines next generation of AMD Ryzen™ AI Embedded X100 Series processors with the latest AMD Versal™ AI Edge Series Gen 2 adaptive SoC devices on a single heterogenous compute platform.

The SAPPHIRE EDGE+ VPR-7X100-SYS features a sleek and compact red-and-black design, and providing AI inferencing and deterministic control capabilities of the existing RAVE2-CORE and PRO systems. for automotive and autonomous systems as a compact Flex-ATX platform or complete embedded system.

Purpose Built for Sensor-Rich Automotive AI

Available as either a complete embedded system or Flex-ATX platform, EDGE+ RAVE2-MAX is purpose built for autonomous applications including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, robotaxis, autonomous mobile robots and off-highway commercial vehicles.

With 12 GMSL2 camera ports and dual CAN Bus interfaces, it provides the connectivity needed for surround-camera perception and in-vehicle networking straight out of the box.

The EDGE+ VPR-7X100 ❘ RAVE2-MAX Flex-ATX embedded motherboard is a powerful combination of AMD Ryzen™ AI Embedded X100 Series APU (Zen 5 CPU, RDNA 3.5 GPU, 50+ TOPS XDNA2 NPU) with AMD Versal™ AI Edge Series Gen2 VE3558 adaptive SoC (world class programmable logic, ARM CPUs, AI engines).

Supports quad 4K displays, 10GbE, M.2 WIFI, M.2 SSD storage, and USB interfaces to offload the Versal adaptive SoC of non-time critical functions. The Versal adaptive SoC is dedicated to real time preprocessing, sensor ingress, AI inference and low-latency adaptive processing tasks.

Programmable IO: Optional IO Expansion

Optional plugin expansion boards are available to support a variety of sensor interfaces.

Versal adaptive SoC’s programmable I/O allows for connection to many sensor interfaces, as well as the ability to scale for future interface requirements.
